The staff were amazingly nice throughout our stay. Location: the hotel was close to both the BTS & MRT as well as a shopping mall.

Value for money, with the price paid and the room is cozy and comfortable. Located at strategic location, just behind the Asok (BTS) station, yet not noisy as it's not infront of the main roads.. Just a few minutes walk you get to a street of masseurs, 7-11 and probably 10mins walk to a street full of happening bar..

The hotel does not have basic utilities such as kettle, coffee, or tea provided in the room. The shower was not good enough as the water turn hot and cold every other minutes.

unmotivated personel; breakfast is bad even compared to Thailand standard; rooms are rather small but complete and actually modern; facilities working but not well maintained; you will find dust in rooms and lobby which I have never seen before in Thailand; it's a shame that this gem is getting run-down by the staff and/or owner; you can only pay cash, no credit cards are accepted anymore due to problems of the hotel with its bank (account); internet is not working sometimes; TV channels about 12 but only 50% really working; when raining only few channels too;

The hotel is located at a quite place but is hardly one minute walk to the main road. Both bts Asok station and Sukhumvit mrt station are very close to the hotel and from there the whole city is accessible. The staff was very cooperative. On couple of occasions there were some problems in the room but as soon as we complaint it to the hotel people, they were there to fix the problem immediately.

1) It is quite difficult to find the hotel as it is not located in soi 18 but is located in a small soi. So the easiest way to find it is that when you enter soi 18 you will see a small soi turning on the right hand side. You enter that soi and you will find the hotel at the dead end. 2) I have seen one or two mosquitoes in the room.

Location is very good to move around Bangkok. Near of BST and MRT.

Credit Card Machine was not working when I wanted to pay ! The aircon is very, very loud

The hotel is conveniently located near both the MRT and BTS stations, making it easy to explore the city. Despite being down a side alley, the location is quiet at night, allowing for a good night's rest. Guests only need to turn into the alley to reach Asok station.

The hotel's staff seemed a bit lazy in addressing requests, which could be frustrating.
